Friday Afternoon Rhapsodic: Busby Berkeley Dreams

So early next week we'll be getting a review of the new Magnetic Fields album, Distortion, courtesy of soon-to-be irregular contributor MRP.  In the meanwhile, check out this lovely fan-produced youtube video for Busby Berkeley Dreams -- it's rather artfully edited clips from Busby Berkeley dance numbers, and though the song is incredibly sad, the visuals can't help but perpetuate my alcohol-addled happy-sapfest. (Again, it is only a myth that I have a bottle of Jamesons in my desk drawer.)   Actually, I'm writing this at nearly 4 in the afternoon and am completely sober, and still this video is making me a little giddy-teary.   Have a lovely weekend, folks.
